12-Month Standard Warranty and Technical Support

NetQuest provides a 12-month standard product warranty which includes both hardware and software. This warranty comes free of charge with all NetQuest products. During the standard warranty period, NetQuest also provides support services by telephone or e-mail to assist the customer in the installation, operation, and configuration of our products.

Extended Warranty and Technical Support

After the initial standard warranty, NetQuest offers an optional Extended Warranty that prolongs the hardware and software warranty and technical support for additional one-year periods. Advanced Exchange Service is also available.

NetQuest’s File Server

NetQuest’s file server client, Egnyte, provides access to software/firmware upgrades, User Manuals, and other technical publications for your product throughout the life of your warranty.
